Here are five simple steps to can check your EPF account balance.

Step 1: Keep your EPFO account number handy. It is mentioned on your salary slip.

Step 2: Click the link Check Your EPF balance on the EPFO website, http://www.epfindia.gov.in/.

Step 3: Select the state where your PF office is situated.

Step 4: Select the appropriate EPFO regional office. Knowing this is no rocket science. Your PF number is an alpha-numeric number and the first two letters stand for regional office. For instance, if the your PF number is DL/12345/6789 then choose DL as regional office code.

Step 5: Fill the online form with your name (as it appears on salary slip), your mobile number and your PF number. In thefirst box, you need to key in seven digits. So, in the example cited above, the set of number has only 5 digits, 12345. Here you have to add 00 in the first two boxes. Next box, fill in the three digit establishment code or leave it blank if you don't have one. Finally, the account number 6789 in the last box, and click submit.

You will receive an SMS in less than five minutes with your EPFO account balance, if your records are updated with EPFO office. Or else it will show data not found. You may have to get in touch with your employer in that case, or wait a bit longer for your data to be updated.Keep in mind that the account balance is updated up to 31/3/2012

a) Select Product -> for which we have defect in for perticular product.

Before that we should create seperate for every product bu bugzilla.we have

b) Select components -> its display list of components for above selected

Product. we have select at what component we have the bugs. Also its display

the componant descirption

c) version -> its dsiplay version of the above selected componanet.

d) Severity level -> Critical, Major, Normal Minor, blocker etc

Set blocked - its critical means fix asap.

f) Priority ->     P1 from P5

How to update Avast antivirus Offline

How to update avast antivirus database offline.

This might be helpful especially to those who can't carry their PCs to internet cafes or hotspot areas. Here is what you have to do..........

1. From where you access internet, open your browser and paste the following link 

    http://www.avast.com/download-update

2. It will display two download links, one for the latest avast versions and the other for the older versions. 

3. Click on the download button that corresponds to your version of Avast and your download will begin.

4. After downloading, copy and paste the downloaded file onto your flash disk or any media and insert it into     your computer from which you can't access internet.

5. Double click on the file and wait for a while. 

6. An alert will appear on your screen notifying you that you have updated your antivirus to that particular 

    date.

7. Open avast on your computer to prove that it has been updated. The virus definitions version should

     appear with a green tick.
